Is there a book or site that follows up on the LA Weighloss program. My husband is doing Atkins as well and finds it a bit too restictive,( mind you he has lost 15lbs in 5 weeks) the Weighloss seems like something he might like. I too have lost weight, 10lbs in two weeks but since then its been slow, I'm following Atkins to the letter and biking 10ks everyday but have only droped three pound in the past three weeks. Thought maybe I was consuming to much fat from protien and was looking at cutting back on the obvious fats. As for water I drink twice if not three times the required amount. Just grasping at straws I guess.
