Dr. Atkins recommends a MINIMUM of 2 eggs/day. He considers them the perfect food WITH THE YOLK. Unless you are sensitive to Arachidonic (sp?) acid, as previously mentioned, there is NO reason to avoid eating them. As with all foods, don't overeat - get comfortably full and stop.
