Default Help! Post pregnancy saggy breasts and tummy!

Hi All, just a quick question,
After having 2 children in 2 years by C-section, and breast feeding both, Im left with a very saggy chest and a horrible "apron" belly. Im committed to LC WOL, and am pleased with my results so far. My questions are:

Im afraid that when I do lose a good amount of weight, its just going to make my breasts and lower stomach look worse, hanging lower, from the stretching and then weight loss! Has anyone else dealt with this???? What did you find is the best strategy/excercises for these areas?

Im planning on starting the beginners weight training plan Trainer Dan recommended tomorrow.
