Hi pww,

I worked night shift for a total of 15 years so I can empathize with you. I can remember that awful tired feeling and eating just for something to do.

My best advice is to be as prepared as you possibly can - but you probably know that. Having meals and snacks ready in the freezer or fridge to take with you to work or to have handy for when you are feeling blah has to help.

Perhaps it may help to look at BeccaResRN's journal. She has lost over 40 pounds while working shift work. Here is the link to her journal.
