Lucky for you to have been at Karen's cooking class...sounds like fun. Karen...coming to CA any time soon??

I personally have NO problem adding 5 measley carbs to my daily intake, but if you do, what about a little peanut butter!! What I wouldn't give to be able to scoop some out on a spoon...

I don't dare, because that is one of my non-stop activities...when the container is about halfway empty, I figure, what the heck, might as well finish it off...

The squash is a good idea, and I think green beans are a bit higher than I thought in the beginning.
