Felt a little better about doing the weights today, started slow but got through it quickly after a lunch break.

Rode to Park did the trail run out and back on trail without doing the long beach section. Only minor discomfort on left knee and a little right leg shin splint. New best time on outbound leg of hike/run. Good effort on bike as well.
