I just received the Rockin Body tapes. I worked out with it Sunday, skipped Monday, and again today. I've lost 6 lbs in those few days! Anyone else using it? I have to say...I am kind of tripping over my feet and not getting the steps very well...I'm hoping someone here has used the tapes.
