This is just a post of what I have done today, and my goals for the month.
I started doing Callanetics again Mar. 19th and I am commited to doing them at least 4 days a week. I also walk at least 3 days a week.
I also started Atkins Induction on Mar. 21st.
Last June 2009 I lost someone very dear to me (my horse Boo) and I grieved for 7 months and put on more weight before I realized what I was doing to myself. On Feb. 11, 2010 I started working on my attitude and my body.
