Which would you prefer?

I favour boiled green beans smothered in butter - though some people just toss them in the deepfryer for some crunch!

To keep your carbs down maybe drop the cheese a tad tomorrow - and remember that all those oopsies have a fair amount of cream cheese in them too.

This is one reason I tend to use my adapted revolution roll recipe which uses mayo instead of the 3 tablespoons of cream cheese Dr Atkins' rolls used.
