Hi I am just beginning myself but I know from reading alot of posts here that it can be stressful to watch the scales. I am thankful that i dont have one!! Try taking measurements of yourself or clothing that you wear to see your progress! Also if you are not drinking enough water or going more than 4-6 hrs without eating protien, you might be slowing down a bit. The weight will come off! Put those scales away somewhere! Try not to get discouraged, read through the posts in this forum it has been an inspiration to me. Hope you feel better soon!
