Saturday, 1-23-10

core workout with ball
arm/shoulder weights
lunges, squats
20 mins steady state cardio- elliptical- (without arms)*
20 mins walk/jog on treadmill

New week: 1-25-10
Goal for this week:
At least 20 mins of cardio 6 days this week,
and 3 days of weights, abs, legs, core, etc

Monday
arm weights-- (biceps, shoulders)
30 mins cardio- elliptical with arm workout*

*I use 3 different elliptical machines, and 2 different treadmills.. as to not get used to the same ones..and they are all different.
