Unhappy 3 wks good 3 wks bad

I'm new to computers and the internet and new to this type of diet. I need a little encouragement to help me past this stall. I just weighed myself this morning and I have lost no further wt since wk 3. No cheating and careful carb counting. I might go up or down but my wt has not changed! I'm frustrated - cheesecake looks pretty good today! Help... I need some reassurance that I can get back into the losing mode. Hope I'm doing this computer stuff right. Thanks for listening.
