Default I blew it on day 11............

Day 11 of induction and I just ate 2 chocolate donuts. What an idiot I am! Does this mean I just blew the whole 14 day period and have to go back to square one? I am the one who posted a bit earlier that I actually gained a pound after 10 days of induction. I am not taking any supplements and my eating seems ok. Eggs and sausage for breakfast, lunch is tuna with mayo and salad and cheese or egg salad or something similar. Dinner is meat, cheese and zucchini, (or something similar) with sugar free jello and whipped cream. I only have the 14 day starter book so I don't even know where to get those ketosis sticks. (drugstore?). Obviously, I need to read the WHOLE book, just wanted to get started on the 14 day thing as soon as possible til I could get the book ordered. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
