Karen, thank you for this great info.
The scary thing is, while I read through the history, I realized I had tried nearly every diet listed -- and a few others -- including the grapefruit diet, the whisky diet, the cabbage soup diet, the 'cut your food in half and discard half' diet (I made that one up! ) etc. I always lost the weight and always regained it, plus plenty more.
I have been LCing for over one year now. This is the first year of my life since I was 14 years old that I have not been on a 'diet.' What a great relief! Again, thanks for compiling this info.
