Remember Proper Food Combining tells us not to eat more than one concentrated protien in the same meal.. like ham and beef or nuts and chicken...MY goal is to eat 70% of my diet alive fresh whole foods fruits and veggies and 30% other,dairy,meat,Grains...Food combining ROCKS Lost 36 lbs in 4 months Smitch
