Stevia can be found at your local health food store. Also, there is a product that I use called Splenda. I really like it. It measures just like sugar. I use it for baking and for drinks. It comes in packets and in a pourable box. Walmart carries it and several other stores do too.
If you like soda, Diet rite makes their soda with Splenda too. Splenda is made from sugar but it doesn't raise the insulin like sugar does. Usually any of your bigger grocery stores will carry the many flavors of Diet Rite. Check it out and see.
