Your breakfast looks delicious! I'm also not sure about the cheese. I'm not sure how strict the somersize plan is about separating starches and proteins but many food combining plans would regard cheese as a protein food and not to be combined with starches.
To the other responents, yes this is alow carb board but this little corner is about food combining which by it's nature is lower carb but not low carb in the way that Atkins is.
