Hello All!

So far so good. I am really enjoying the fact you don't get as hungry without carbs/sugar in my life. Having less success cutting off my daily martini...but that's another story.

My question.

I love Sunomuno Salad and wondered if anyone knows what the carb count is on japanese bean thread noodles. Made in China, they are those almost clear, skinny noodles and the only ingredients listed are green beens and peas.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
