Welcome to the SB WOE. As far as the bread goes, I myself buy the stone ground WW bread or the one that says 100% WW bread. I don't know what the lite stuff says, but this is what I use. Maybe Molly can be of more help than I. She has been on here alot longer than I. Again Welcome!!
