Thanks for the great advice everyone!!!

I want to look at some of the journals other people have done, but I think I will start one of my own! And thank you Amy, I'm going to try and think of this process as a day by day venture, not a "forever" thing (I don't think I can imagine that quite yet).

I have some questions for you all! Will it hurt my progress if I skip breakfast? Should I reduce my salt intake? and...the last one....I woke up last night with a horrible leg cramp where it felt like my muscle was squeezing together and would rip apart . My mom said it might be from not getting enough potassium, but I'm not sure. Maybe it was just a coincidence, but has anyone else experienced this?
