Thanks for the link. I have tried mushrooms, onions, celery, asparagus, black and green olives, spaghetti squash, and tomatoes so far. I had the tomatoes because I had a really deep craving for fruit, and it was the closest I could get. Heh.
I did fine till I got to the tomatoes, so perhaps I could limit that a bit more.
This does bring me to a question though. The Metamucil fiber capsules, do they have dietary content as far as sugars or absorbable content? I had tried the drink in the past and found it most revolting!
