Thanks! I really hope that is what it is and it kicks in soon. I do have to say that I have quit before, and it seemed a little easier this time. I really think it has to do with this WOE. You will quit when you are ready. I think one has to be totally ready to quit. For the first couple of weeks I felt like I had lost my best friend. But it does get better. I just wish I could loose 1 pound now. Just one would make me happy. I just keep going up 2 lbs down 2 lbs and back up. I don't get it.
