I am a big lover of iced coffee as well. What I do that's a little different, is brew a pot of coffee. I make it strong and sometimes use a flavored coffee like Hazelnut or Vanilla. I let it cool and put it in a plastic container in the fridge. I use Monin Sugar Free Syrup. My favorite lately is the White Chocolate flavor. I actually like it better than Da Vinci or Torriani because it is thicker, and it seems to taste better to me. I use syrup to taste, heavy whipping cream and fill with chilled coffee and whip it up with my wand blender. Add Ice. I also sometimes use a martini shaker and shake with the ice.
