Back to reality . All weekend I didn't exercise so Monday I had to put myself back on track. I looked around on the exercise on demand channel and decided to do a 10min ab pilates workout and then I did the 3 mile walk with Leslie Sansone again (47min). I like that workout. Makes me feel like I'm getting in some good cardio work done. Don't feel like my body has changed and tomorrow is my measurement day. Is one week too soon? Hmm, I'm going to do it weekly anyways
