Default My carb up %s, just making sure they look good.

Hey everyone, I did a quick check of all the food that's in my house that I'm gonna eat during my carb up (Friday after depletion workout (~5:00-probably Sunday):

78%C 15%P 7%F

Now, is there a chart on the 'net or something where I can find the GI levels of the different foods, so I know which ones to eat more during the first 24 hours or so?
