I'm a one-week expert ( =D ) and from my own brief experience I can say that once you are low-carbing for awhile, that ferocious hunger won't plague you, and you will be able to say goooooodbye to the chocolate chip cookies and give a satisfied helloooooo to celery sticks with cream cheese. =D
