Eating within an hour?
I've seen this business about eating a meal within an hour, and I've always wondered what it was about. I don't remember seeing it in Atkins. I am a *very* slow eater, and like to make my special weekend meals with my DH into a sort of event, and don't want to rush through. Am I sabotaging myself? Whats the science behind this hour thing?
