How long 'till the cravings go away? I don't know. Most people say 'within a week', but not everyone has such serious HG, and we're all different.

Is it possible that you're eating something that's triggering cravings? Too much artificial sweeteners or something? And you're not going to crazy with sugar at that reward meal, are you?
