Is the power 90 a different set of DVDs? Also, I have heard great things about the shred DVDs and was thinking of them as a precursor. I am fairly active with running, ellipitcals, some lifting, etc., but I know folks in better shape than me who said P90x killed them. That's why I was thinking of doing shred first.
