I need to keep reading and try this out. I have lost weight on the lower carb amounts, but didn't feel 100%, so maybe I need to try this gradual carb increase while watching the fats......very interesting!

Yes, that will work as it is the basis for the South Beach Diet that I've followed to lose all of my weight. Higher carb levels require lower sat fat levels...
