Just to chime in. I started this about 3 weeks ago. I havent been able to make it through a whole week yet with all the excersises but I do see great progress. I feel stronger and see muscles and veins I havent seen since high school. It does take about and hour each day but I look forward to it daily now. One day I hope to be able to do the workout fully through every day!
