Monday -
Treadmill - 2.8 Miles (30 Minutes/5 Minute Cool Down)
Tuesday -
Bike Ride w/DH and dogs = 2.5 Miles
Weights - Back (didn't use as much weight as before but slowly getting back into it.
Treadmill - 2.5 Miles (30 minutes, plus 5 minute cool down
Wednesday -
Treadmill - 3.2 Miles (35 minutes, 5 minute cool down)
Workout w/Weights = triceps
Treadmill - 3.25 Miles (35 minutes, 5 minute cool down)
