The one thing that makes this WOE so successful is the fact you don't ever have to be hungry. If you are hungry eat something. Just make sure it is low carb/high fiber/high fat. Really trust yourself. If your body is hungry it needs to eat if you are not hungry just don't eat. Make sure you keep drinking your water too.
