I have several food intolerances... Soy and wheat being the worst.
Allergies and intolerances are different. An allergy is an abnormal IMMUNE response to a subtance whereas intolerances are related to how you as an individual digest and respond to particular foods... thats why it is hard to test accurately for intolerances... everyone reacts differently.
