Well nothing, nothing, nothing I dident lose one single pound. I did everything I was supposed to do and still nothing. Well it could be because TOM is late maybe thats why. I will still continue to do everything this week and see what happens. I'm going to Georgia this week so I'm praying that I will be able to stay on this diet. I have been trying so hard.
