Hi thanks for posting the recipe, unfortunately I dont own a breadmaker and I hear they are pretty expensive. Can you tell me is the bread in this recipe spongy? Or more breadlike, because if I can find one that is closer to the consistancy of real bread they maybe I will spring for one and make my own.
