Hi Guys, Thanks for the tip on grinding oat flour. I have rolled oats in my pantry. I'm kind of afraid to go into the kitchen and see what is happening with the bread....Anything could be going on for all I know. Talk about stress....I'm sure its going to turn out like cement or blow-up.....so I'm not too worried about the wrong flour. Will let you know. Too fun.......Thx. for the tip though, and Karen I will try the other recipe that is made for a bread making machine......Bye slawrie
