Daily goal: walk to work daily on weekdays - that's 40 minutes total

No again, weather is rotten, so I drove. And it's OK!

Thursday's goal: Treadmill run 30 minutes

No. I don't feel 100% - a sore throat coming on - and yes that's totally an excuse. I could have run this morning had I really wanted to. But I didn't really. Sigh.
