I kind of made these again last nite for supper......well, I took the idea of them and played fast and loose with it and it was still very good.
I used ground pork instead of hamburger. I added about 1 tbsp of fish sauce. I used 3 stalks of celery instead of cabbage and with the celery I just tossed it in the end to keep it crunchy and I crushed up some dry roasted non salted peanuts and sprinkled over the top. Ate it on iceburg lettuce leaves and it just dissapeared. I had remembered that the Pei Wei lettuce wraps had peanuts. I hope this recipe keeps bumped up as it is a versitile keeper.
