Addicted to chicken wings... how much is too much?
Buffalo wings were on sale at the grocery store, and I bought a 3 lb bag. As a former vegetarian, I had never had chicken wings befire (gasp!) and actually used to think that the skin on anything is disgusting. But they were so good!!!
The problem now is that I ate WAY too many of them. I polished off the entire 3 lb bag in a day and a half! I am still under my carb limit (4 wings = 1 carb; the entire bag had 9 carbs), but I can't help but think that this kind of consumption is way too excessive. I know that dairy can be a staller because it can induce cravings. Can chicken induce the same cravings?? Because I'm sure craving those wings again....
