Dumbbell lunges 12*12s
Calf raises 12*20, 10*25, 8*30, 6*40, 8*30
Abs: 1 hour yoga
SUNDAY
-20 MAS: Elliptical machine 30 minutes incl warm up/cool down (315 cals)
Also went on a nice bike ride, the weather is so beautiful!
