I am terrified of adding low carb bread back to my eating plan!!!I have completed the first two weeks with a loss and now have 40 lbs. to go!!!! I don't quite understand the net carbs - bought some advantage bars thinking 2 grams and read the back and discovered 22. Am fairly comfortable with food plan but don't know how long I can do the induction phase!!!
