Okay, I've read/skimmed through it this weekend. It is for maintenance, after you've lost weight. It talks about eating all sorts of foods and has recipes which include real grains.
I won't be referencing yet it myself, but it would be a good guide for feeding the family who isn't converting to the lowest carb regime (i.e. induction).
