Now to the tough part...the truth..hehe
You are doing good. It is very very common to stall around week 4. Your body is adjusting to what you just lost. You should measure yourself. Its rough I know..I am going through a major stall myself right now, but I am just keeping on. Stay on plan and dont cheat yourself out of some good weight loss to come. Just hang it there, it will happen.
