Hey there, I've tried Guatemalan Insanity Peppers and those things work real well. LOL, if you can't tell I'm just kidding. Anyways it seems like cayenne is more of a novelty product. In essence no one really knows how effective it is. Try it if you'd like and not any effects. If it seems expensive, then I'd stick with good old ECA. If you have problems tolerating ECA and are taking it at already low dosages, then thermogenics as a whole should not be considered. Either that or put them on the back burner and use when needed because losing weight tends to lower blood pressure and all the other nasty stuff. Which should increase your tolerance.
