Be cautious is my advice. Don't eat anything that isn't on the list in the Atkins book. As far as sugar free products go...some people they affect, some they don't.

Also remember that some people when on induction in fact DON'T do it correctly, so those eating pork rinds on induction....because they are doing it doesn't mean it's right.

It's only two weeks, and in my humble opinion, you can't go wrong sticking to the list, drinking lots of water, staying away from too much salt. After induction you can experiment with other things and see if they slow you down. In my case, sweeteners don't seem to bother me....salt does. Some people stall eating cheese. Everyone is different, and induction isn't the time to find out what your quirks are. You have the rest of your life for that...
