I believe low carb diets work better that the diet that I chose to do right now ( somersizing), and I lost a lot of weight while doing atkins myself
But it just seems healthier to be able to eat rice and crackers as well as cereal in the morning
it is a new world for me.. hopefully in terms of weight is good too.
I'll share soon, I started only 10 days ago
Anybody else doing it?
