diet sodas and no caffiene
I'm just now into week 3 on atkins, and during Induction I did drink diet soda regularly, mostly I drank Diet Sprite, caffiene free Diet Coke, and Fresca. Additionally I was drinking no water which I now know is a BIG necessity. So today I've started with 3 quarts of water a day as my water goal.
I drink decaf coffee in the morning with cream and SnL (total about 3.5g carbs)
Also for a drink I occasionally have a Minute Maid Lemonade Light (2g carbs). I'm curious to know if I should start cutting all of these other drinks out. I lost 12 lbs in Induction, but I have a lot to lose and have always heard that the weight comes off the fastest at the beginning.
