i'll cook up 3-5 pounds at a time. i buy 40 pounds of BSCB when i buy chicken, and after trimming i get about 15 bags to freeze. i'll bring out a bag or 2 and bake. we eat off that for a week, no freezing involved. we would be my husband and myself.

i also throw a bag's worth into the pressure cooker for shredded chicken - which the 13 year old girl loves for taco meat. again, we eat off of that for a week easy.
