Hey ya all. I weighed this morning and lost another 6 pounds. I now weigh 199. It has been so long since I have been under 200. It feels euphoric. I probably spelled that wrong.

I am going to celebrate with DH with a nice supper and candlelight to boot. At home of course.

Just had to share. I love this plan. It has to be the best one I have ever tried. I know without a doubt that I can do this for a lifetime.
